Conditions of participation

Objective

At lux future lab’s annual summer school for young entrepreneurs 16-18-year-olds learn to think innovatively and proactively consider their futures. They’ll leave with a broader view of future career options.

How it Works

Every year we host around 30 students for the two-week young entrepreneurs program, with each day consisting of four keys:

•   Theme
•   Good-to-know takeaway
•   Team-building exercise
•   Self-awareness element

These segments are supported by practical training, presentations and analytical exercises. Our internal BGL BNP Paribas colleagues teach the good-to-know takeaways, which focus on topics like public speaking and first aid. The program fosters three main ideas:

•   Entrepreneurship
•   The pursuit of excellence
•   Out-of-the-box thinking

The comprehensive curriculum is made possible by the passion and participation of over 50 leaders and inspirational speakers in the fields of economics, politics and civics. Students directly benefit from the invaluable first-hand experience of these exemplary role models.

Who Should Apply

The summer program for young entrepreneurs recruits students from across Luxembourg with diverse backgrounds and nationalities, and facilitates their mutual cooperation through team-building activities.

Participant eligibility requirements:

  • Education: Enrolled at a lycée classique and 1-2 years until baccalauréat,  at the moment of registration
  • Languages: Both English & French (speaking & comprehension)

Please note that due to the importance of our participants having the right attitude we pay particular attention to the applicants letter of motivation. In order to protect diversity, we limit how many students are accepted from each school.
