The lux future lab makes available professional offices infrastructure to support the development of start-ups. The start-up should apply to be part of the incubator program.

To enter the Incubator different options are available according to individual needs and company size.

Available options:

• Individual office space: 24 hour access
  • can only be rented on a permanent basis and for a minimum of three months of rent
  • can only be rented by incorporated companies or organizations or institutions
• Open working platform: access only during business hours

• Two floors with individual offices, a total surface of 1347 sqmm.
• 36 individual offices
• 16 places at the open working platform
• 145 sqmm for meeting rooms
• access to an auditorium for 120 people
• access to reception areas to organize events
• Program “provision of skills” to support the development of the start-ups
• Training facilities
