About Houser
Houser started as a hobby when Matti Heikkila thought of buying property in Luxembourg and began collecting property statistics to better understand the market. In 2014, Matti and Kevin Colgan founded Houser to make real-estate market information accessible to others. Through our partnership with real-estate professionals, Houser is able to collect exclusive market data available nowhere else. This privileged information combined with our real-time market monitoring system is used to provide tools and services tailored to the needs of our customers to help them gain an edge over their competitors: Real-estate agents will have tools to make faster sales for better prices and financial firms can better assess fair market value for real-estate assets. While initially covering the Luxembourg property market, preparations are already being made for international expansion.
