The Lux Future Lab ladies proud guests of SPRINT, the internal hackathon of

SPRINT 2018: The internal Hackathon who unleashes the entrepreneurial spirit within the employees of BNP Paribas Group and YES, its a crucial part of the Groups´DNA!

Home For Innovation, the internal incubator and accelerator of BNP Paribas Fortis, organized the 7th edition of SPRINT during a 3-days intensive stimulation for innovative ideas proposed by the employees of the group. After hearing more than 35 pitches, 13 ideas were selected by the employees to be further developed and presented in front of a jury the 30th of May.

Isabelle and Sofia, representing the intrapreneurial thinking of Lux Future Lab, were two of the lucky ones to contribute in the development of Laurence Van Poelvoorde idea. The team No 10 was also represented by Mark Jasinski and the two incredible web designers Christophe Kaisin and Julien Locatelli. The team spent more than 48h working intensively on Laurence's idea "Happy Culture - (re) connect our people with our bank to elevate customer experience".

It was a 3-day once in a lifetime adventure that united complementary minds in order to provide a concrete solution! The goal was to do a "sprint" towards innovation using collective mindset as a driving force!

An intensive run that was worth it.... a big thank you to Jean-Luc Maquestiau for giving us the opportunity to join the cruise!  Innovation has NO borders! Until next year...
